The FOBP Special Report Library is a collection of homeland security related information, reports, and articles.  Some of the material has been produced and published by the FOBP and some of the material is from external sources.

Unless otherwise indicated, all policies are in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.

Between 2004 and 2010 Andy Ramirez (FOBP Founder) investigated what he came to call the "War on Law Enforcement". On November 11, 2008, FOBP released Unjustifiable & Impeachable, our reports on DHS, DOJ, and the courts. Previously, we released an Executive Summary and National Report which identified how our government has turned on officers who are doing their jobs using criminal and administrative persecutions, indicative of totalitarian regimes of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.
